課程概述 |
This course covers two major components of the modern finance: the principle of corporate financial management and that of investment, which is designed to give students a clear and deep understanding of corporate finance and investment. |
|
課程目標 |
Successful corporate managers would be those who could take advantage of the growing sophistication of the financial markets. On successfully completing this course students are expected to develop the ability to take the lessons learned from the financial markets and to apply them to the real world of corporate financial management and various strategies. |
|
課程要求 |
This course is of graduate level and the students enrolling in this course should have finished the undergraduate-level “Financial Management” course. |
